从les estudiantines(非博士通道)提交申请的时候担保人/推荐人是必填项，网站上写了

If the student has neither a domicile in Switzerland nor a reference person in Switzerland to act as the leaseholder, he/she will be asked to provide an additional guarantee in addition to the foreigner guarantor.

目前没听说过因为guarantor这个被卡的人。不过Les Estudiantine分房是一个很玄学的事情，可以尽量去满足这些要求。

Les Estudiantine分房的过程我猜大概是这样：中介公司的两个负责这个项目的人员，着waiting list随意翻翻，然后随缘发offer，不是一个很精密地检查各种材料的过程。还听说漏掉waiting list头几名先往后发的事情，打个电话过去才那边才注意到然后给房。
